Class Timetable

Below is a list of our current Pilates classes. Please note that all equipment is provided but please feel free to bring your own mat.  Booking is essential as places are limited. Payments can be made by cash or bank card or direct into the bank, come along and ‘try before you buy’. Classes at Everyone Active need to be booked direct with the club.

Monday

Pilates

Time: 9.15-10.15am

Location: Everyone Active, Back Lane, Cambourne CB23 6F.

Description: This class is for people with back complaints, or wanting to strengthen the core. Mixed ability mat-based class.

Pilates level 2 (intermediate/advanced)

Time: 6.30-7.30pm

Location: Fen Drayton School, Cootes Lane, Fen Drayton CB24 4SL.

Description: This class uses already learned Pilates techniques. Ideal for people wanting to enhance other workouts.

Pilates level 1(beginners/intermediate)

Time: 7.30-8.30pm

Location: Fen Drayton School, Cootes Lane, Fen Drayton CB24 4SL.

Description: Ideal for beginners, people with back complaints, other injuries, and seniors. Beginners / Intermediate mat-based class.


Thursday

Supple Strength

Time: 9.10-10.00am

Location: Fen Drayton School, Cootes Lane, Fen Drayton CB24 4SL.

Description: Suitable for all, this class combines strength moves such as squats and lunges with Pilates. There is also cardio moves to get the heart rate pumping!

Description: Ideal for beginners, people with back complaints, other injuries, post-natal and seniors.

Description: This mixed ability class has a range of equipment to enhance the feeling of getting an hour workout within 50 minutes!
