Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility and long, lean muscles, strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back.

It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, correct breathing allows adequate oxygen flow to muscles, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance.

No muscle group is under or over trained. Pilates develops core strength, it enhances flexibility, sure-footedness, agility, and flattens the tummy as well as calming the mind!

Class descriptions

Pilates Level 1 – A class designed for beginners and those returning to exercise. Injuries can be catered for at this level.

Pilates Level 2 – A class designed for those experienced in Pilates or already achieving sport or fitness a few times per week.

Supple Strength – This class combines exercises you would find in a Legs, Bums and Tums class with Pilates. This class trains your cardio fitness level as well as strength, balance and flexibility. Suitable for all levels of fitness

Express Pilates – a 45 minute Pilates workout. This class offers all that a 60 minute class offers but with more speed and less rest! Suitable for just above beginner level.
