Mojo Training aims to maintain good contacts with their clients in order to promote classes, cancellations, events and occasionally news.

In order to be fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Mojo Training now has a privacy notice which outlines how we process your personal information. The GDPR requires us to tell you about the legal grounds we rely on to process any personal data about you. In your case, we will rely on the ‘Legitimate Interests’ condition which says that if we have a good reason to process your personal data then we may do so without your explicit consent so long as there is no unwarranted impact on you. 

The personal details we store on file are:

  • Contact Name
  • Your Phone Numbers: (if given)
  • Your Email Address
  • Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q)
  • Date of birth
  • Emergency contact details

If, as a client you no longer own a membership, your contact details will be removed after 8 weeks, but we will still keep a record of your PAR-Q for 3 years as required by law.

Payments via bank cards

Payment details are processed by a third-party provider who specialise in securely capturing and processing this type of information. This information is encrypted and is not stored by us on any of our systems or networks.

Legal and safety reasons

We may disclose your personal information if required by law, or other legal subpoena or warrant. We may also disclose your personal information to a regulatory or law enforcement agency if we believe it to be necessary to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Instructors and other freelance sub-contractors of Mojo Training, its customers or any third party.

Mojo Training is very selective in the emails we send and we have no intention of clogging up anyone’s inbox with useless information or marketing messages. All contact is checked to ensure it will be beneficial to the intended audience and we welcome feedback at any time if you feel we are not fulfilling this brief.

Going forward, we intend to repeat the exercise of a completion of a medical questionnaire annually to keep our records up-to-date but changes to your contact details can be notified to us at any time.
