Mat Pilates

Build core strength, flexibility, and balance using mats, massage balls, and light weights. Great for beginners and injury recovery as well as anyone with a passion for the basics – always good to go back to. Socks or bare feet required.

Small Equipment Pilates

This mat-based Pilates class adds extra intensity and focus. Using foam rollers and other props, we challenge your balance, release tight fascia and muscles, and deeply engage your core. The added equipment helps you feel stronger, more flexible, and more connected to your movement. Socks or bare feet required.

MOJO Method

This dynamic class combines Pilates with functional strength training. Using a heavy weight, yoga block, resistance band, and chair, we focus on building real, usable strength that supports you in everyday life. You’ll also targeting nerve mobility (nerve gliding), releasing tight fascia, and working through kinetic chains to improve overall movement efficiency and resilience. It’s a challenging, low-impact session designed to help you become strong, capable, and robust—especially for healthy ageing and injury prevention. Training shoes are required.

TRX Pilates

Suitable for those looking to level up their strength with purpose and control. This is a more challenging Pilates class, using suspension straps for core and muscle control. A dynamic alternative to Reformer Pilates. You need to feel competent in mat based Pilates before trying this class. Training shoes are required.

Yoga Flow

A flowing, breath-led yoga class to balance body and mind, ending in deep relaxation. Some yoga experience recommended. Socks or bare feet required.

Big Ball Pilates

Uses a 55cm ball to really challenge strength, balance, and core stability. Best for intermediate and advanced participants with Pilates experience. Grippy socks or training shoes are required.

Raise the Bar

This energising full-body class blends TRX suspension training, weighted bars, and resistance tubes for a well-rounded workout.
It’s designed to build strength, improve endurance, and engage all major muscle groups. With a steady, fast-paced flow, you’ll boost your fitness and leave feeling like you’ve truly raised the bar in your level of fitness. Training shoes are required.

Pilates Precision

A gentle, standing and lying Pilates class using callanetics to target smaller muscles. Ideal for beginners and low-impact needs. Relaxation is also taught at the end for a good nights sleep. Socks or bare feet required.

Drum Fitness

A fun, high-energy workout using drumsticks and music to tone your whole body. Suitable for all levels. Training shoes are required.

Cardio Circuits

This is old skool! ….Using stations of cardio exercise, weights, boxing and other resistance equipment this class delivers on tempo, fun and a total body workout! Trainers required.

Barre Bums & Tums

This class uses the Ballet Barre and a mat. It’s a body conditioning class purely designed for three areas, abdomen, legs and your bum! Great for hip and knee stiffness too! Grippy socks or bare feet required.
