Tara is a Level 3 qualified Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer who has been teaching classes for nearly 15 years in the local community, designed to improve functional movement, strength, and mobility – while boosting confidence along the way.

Her passion is to make classes accessible to all, delivered in a friendly and supportive environment where every client feels welcome, encouraged, and empowered to move at their own pace. With a focus on everyday movement and long-term wellbeing.

She loves how Pilates can be tailored to suit anybody and gets great satisfaction from seeing people improve in fitness and strength and being able to alleviate pain and discomfort.

Tara is super friendly and brings a welcoming energy to class with a big smile.
