
Online Classes
ONLINE PILATES CLASSES
These classes are live streamed whilst there is a class in the studio. You will need some equipment for these sessions; a carpeted floor or a mat, a tennis ball and a resistance band or use a belt or a pair of tights! You would also benefit from a 90cm long foam roller and a pair of 1kg weights or weighted soft balls, but they’re not essential.
These sessions are designed to strengthen core muscles and maintain flexibility. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Online classes are available every weekday throughout the year.
There are also a wide selection of pre-recorded classes available as a member. You can access these via your Goteamup app.
PILATES & STRETCH
ON DEMAND ONLY - With an emphasis on mobility and flexibility this Pilates class uses more time to achieve a great stretch. Suitable for beginners and the injured.
BIG BALL
ON DEMAND ONLY - Using a 55cm inflated ball this class trains strength, balance and core, A basic knowledge of Pilates is essential.
TABATA
ON DEMAND and LIVE classes - Needs no equipment. These are 30 minute sessions of intense 20 second rounds of exercise. There’s no jumping if you don’t want to, Pilates is involved, and be prepared to sweat! Intermediate/advanced level
BARRE PILATES and BALLET FIT
ON DEMAND ONLY – not available in the studio - A chair (or barre) is needed for this class that focuses on core exercises incorporating ballet movements. It is a well- rounded intense form of Conditioning Pilates done in a short space of time. Suitable for all
EQUIPMENT PILATES
ON DEMAND ONLY - Uses foam roller, massage balls, soft handball and small 1kg weighted balls. These are 45 minute sessions to build flexibility and core strength. Suitable for beginners and the injured.
