Dawn started her fitness career in 1986 after a short career as a contemporary dancer, and has been teaching in the Fitness Industry now for 38 years. She is a master trainer, tutor, examiner, and consultant within the industry. She has taught a wide range of fitness classes to the public and is now extremely passionate about ensuring her class members understand the principles of good exercise and how to get the most fun out of their exercise routines.
Emma is a passionate yogi who has been practicing since childhood, beginning with the traditional Iyengar style. Whilst living in Colorado, USA, she discovered Ashtanga Yoga, practicing regularly with teachers in Denver.
Michaela has been teaching fitness and exercise since 2009, specialising in Pilates. her background to fitness was through horse riding, all the manual labour that came with it, and competing. She believes exercise and movement is a celebration of what your body can do, that it is empowering, and that it makes you better at being you. ‘I teach to help people move better and feel better in their body and I aim to do this in a fun, challenging way’.
Steph has been a qualified Exercise to Music instructor since 2013. She has always been very passionate about fitness and sports since a very young age.
Steph was a dancer for 10 years before moving to the UK from Italy and attending University in Cambridge.
After finishing her degree, she re-qualified as a Fitness Instructor and started her new career.
Tara is a Level 3 qualified Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer who has been teaching classes for nearly 15 years in the local community, designed to improve functional movement, strength, and mobility – while boosting confidence along the way.
Her passion is to make classes accessible to all, delivered in a friendly and supportive environment where every client feels welcome, encouraged, and empowered to move at their own pace. With a focus on everyday movement and long-term wellbeing.
Dannie first qualified in the fitness industry back in 1996 - which made wearing leg warmers and neon fitness wear acceptable (and yes she still has it all)
Not wanting to stay behind a desk and after having her children, she launched her own health and fitness company undertaking many additional qualifications including Level 3 personal training, sports massage, pre & post natal, yoga, fitness Pilates, Zumba, step, dance, spin and many more!
